how did you make the xls avail to dl, i would like to do the same with the stats that i have kept for the college pick of the week, vs email it to people that request it. also how do i go about updating it etc

You have to post in the Handicapping Zone - it's the only forum that allows spreadsheet uploads. To upload the spreadsheet, just click on the paper clip and go from there.
